Mumbai: India’s air cargo and logistics community will see a larger and more diversified platform at air cargo India 2026, which has expanded its exhibition footprint by 43 per cent compared to its previous edition and will be held alongside the debut edition of transport logistic India. The co-located event is scheduled from February 25 to 27 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, and is organised by Messe Muenchen India.
Former international cricketer AB de Villiers has been roped in as Brand Ambassador for transport logistic India 2026. Widely respected for his global career, performance mindset and leadership on the international stage, de Villiers brings a strong association with excellence, adaptability and execution—qualities that mirror the ambitions of India’s evolving multimodal logistics ecosystem.
The two trade fairs are jointly expected to showcase over 300 Indian and international exhibitors. They have drawn participation from a broad mix of Indian and global players across aviation, logistics, manufacturing and cargo infrastructure, including Air India, IndiGo, Maersk, DHL Logistics, Emirates SkyCargo, CEVA Logistics, Qatar Airways Cargo, Etihad Cargo, Riyadh Air, Bosch, Boeing, Cathay Cargo, Changi Airport, CJ Darcl, Amazon Air Cargo, KTZ Air Cargo, SmartKargo, Goodrich Maritime and many more.
The 2026 editions come amid heightened policy focus on logistics and connectivity. Recent Union Budget 2025–26 announcements, including ₹11.21 lakh crore in infrastructure capital expenditure, plans for multimodal logistics parks, seven high-speed rail corridors, and 20 new national waterways, have brought sharper attention to coordination across transport modes. In this context, the duo of trade fairs provides a timely platform for cargo owners and logistics providers to examine how air, road, rail and maritime networks can align with evolving infrastructure priorities.
The co-located format brings supply chain leaders and solution providers into a comprehensive platform covering logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management, creating focused opportunities for partnerships and business development. On the supply side, exhibitors and sponsors include global players such as Boeing and Emirates SkyCargo, alongside airlines, logistics providers and cargo infrastructure specialists. On the demand side, leading voices from Reliance Industries, Tata Chemicals, Tata Projects, Tata Steel, Sun Pharmaceuticals, UNO Minda, Mahindra & Mahindra, JSW Group, Larsen & Toubro, Bharat Forge, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and L’Oréal India are expected to participate.

Dedicated showcases will include the German Pavilion, featuring logistics and technology companies with strong global trade expertise, and the AITWA Pavilion led by the All India Transporter’s Welfare Association, will spotlight developments across India’s road transport ecosystem, with participation from companies such as Porter, APM Logistics, Intangles, BLR Logistics and CJ Darcl highlighting innovation and challenges within India’s road transport sector.
The Future Tech Pavilion, powered by SmartKargo, will showcase emerging technologies including AI-driven cargo operations, automation, blockchain-enabled supply chain transparency and advanced data analytics, drawing participation from startups and technology-led innovators across the logistics ecosystem.
The exhibition will run alongside two conferences that frame the sector’s priorities.
Beyond scale, the organisers are placing a strategic spotlight on bulk liquid logistics, an area that remains critical for chemicals, energy and process industries but is often underrepresented in mainstream logistics forums. There is also the promise of focused networking formats and the air cargo Awards, which recognise operational and strategic excellence across the supply chain.
Bhupinder Singh, President – IMEA, Messe München & CEO of Messe Muenchen India, said India’s trade ambitions depend on execution on the ground. “As infrastructure investment accelerates and private players push for higher efficiency, this combined platform brings air cargo and multimodal logistics into one conversation focused on performance, scale and reliability.”
Dr Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Lead, Messe München GmbH, said the India debut marks an important milestone. “Introducing transport logistic India alongside air cargo India creates a broader, more integrated view of supply chains. It enables stakeholders across modes to engage on practical issues that shape cross-border trade and long-term competitiveness.”
As India deepens its role in global manufacturing and trade, the co-located air cargo India & transport logistic India 2026 offers industry leaders a clear view of how logistics must evolve and where new opportunities are emerging.
